Job Description
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team within the technology department.
- Develop and implement robust testing strategies and processes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance QA processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QA Automation Lead should have:
- A solid background in quality assurance or software testing within the financial services sector
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework
- Experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
