Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of QA experience with minimum 2+ years in Playwright automation.
- Strong experience in testing KYC, digital onboarding, and CRM systems in financial services or regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation frameworks.
- Experience in API testing (Postman/Rest Assured/Playwright API).
- Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in defect management and test case management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
