Python Lead Developer - Delivery Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python / Pyspark data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a team of developers and automation engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of expertise as a python developer or architect
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents
• Experience in trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
