Job Requirements
Job Title: Python EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in design, develop, and maintain services and applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based services and applications.
- Implement REST APIs, service integrations, and business logic.
- Handle file processing, data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows.
- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues independently.
- Follow coding standards, code review processes, and secure coding practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and support activities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Use GitHub for version control and code collaboration
- Write unit and integration tests using Pytest
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Python application and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common development frameworks/libraries.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Familiarity with coding standards, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience in application development using Python Dash Framework
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, or Azure.
- Understanding of logging, monitoring, and application performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
