Purchasing Officer

Job Description

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders&apos delivery and shipment schedules
• Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities
• Facilitate stock-take and be responsible to tidy up inventory stores
• Suppliers&apos contacts in China an added advantage
• Other ad-hoc projects when assigned

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or construction industry
• Resourceful, meticulous with strong vendor management skills
• Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment and teamwork.
• Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
• High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills
