Job Scope:

- Oversee market analysis and inventory control to support production plans and operational continuity.
Job Details:
- Conduct market analysis including demand/supply conditions and price trend monitoring to develop effective purchasing and cost-down strategies.
- Develop purchasing strategies and prepare purchasing plans aligned with business targets, production requirements, and budget constraints.
- Lead supplier negotiation on pricing, terms, contracts, and supply conditions to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Source new potential suppliers and develop existing suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with procurement policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new product development, including sourcing alternative raw materials and supply solutions.
- Manage and control inventory levels to align with production plans while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher(Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing functions.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier negotiation.
- Experience in manufacturing, food, agro, or industrial sectors is preferred.
