Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across purchasing activities.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, including cost savings initiatives and process optimization.
- Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and reliability
- Oversee purchasing budgets, cost analysis, and inventory coordination to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective material supply.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations while proactively managing supply chain risks and maintaining strong quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to support operations and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 8 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Manufacturing MNC experience
- Experience in leading a team
- SAP is a must
