Responsibilities
- Retrieve and review vendor datasheets for part number creation.
- Communicate with vendors for purchase orders, shipping, delivery, invoicing, and trade procurement matters.
- Maintain accurate vendor information in ERP (NetSuite).
- Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Expedite outstanding orders and update delivery status in ERP to meet project timelines.
- Support warehouse and logistics teams in monthly stock counts and supply chain activities.
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support ongoing procurement activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure visibility and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- At least 2 years of procurement experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
