Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, planning, expediting orders to meet the scheduled of usage
- Negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality
- Issue of PO and update in purchasing system
- Shipment co-ordination with vendor, customer and shipping agents for import and export with knowledge of Bill of Lading, permits and BCA approval
- Oversees stock control and support project materials delivery requirements
- Maintain good working relationships with new and existing key suppliers to manage delivery and product quality
Job Requirements
- Incumbent is required to familiar with Materials, Machineries & Equipments in Civil Engineering Sector.
- Min Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 3 years experience, and preferable in the Civil Enginerring Industry
- A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills
