Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials or spare parts based on procurement needs.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Identify new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships locally and overseas.
• Verify purchase and delivery orders for accuracy in items, quantity, and cost.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of office and pantry supplies.
• Handle inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations promptly.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Have related experience in purchasing role
• Able to work well in a team
• Knowledge in sourcing for spare parts would be an added advantage
