Purchasing Executive (Marine) - YH

Salary : $2,500 - $2,900
Working hour : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Location : Bendemeer

Job description:
. Source and procure marine spare parts, equipment, and consumables based on operational requirements
. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors
. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
. Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery
. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams on shipment schedules
. Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database
. Ensure purchased items meet marine and regulatory specifications
. Support inventory planning and stock level monitoring
. Identify and develop alternative suppliers to ensure supply continuity

Requirements:
. Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing/adminstrative experience, preferably in marine, shipping, or logistics industry
. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
. Good coordination and communication skills
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
