Key Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Procurement Operations
- Generate and Issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Supplier Communication & Quotation Analysis
- Order Tracking, Delivery Coordination & Follow up on payment enquiry with suppliers / internals
- Data Entry, Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Inventory & Logistics Support
- Understanding SOP and implementation
Job Requirements:
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 5.5 working days per week
