Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reports to Deputy Director and Admin Director
- Issue and process purchase order
- File and maintain records of purchase orders
- Order, replenish and manage office stationery supplies and inventory.
- Performs administrative functions and support to Engineering Admin team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- GCE'O / A / Diploma / Relevant qualification.
- Strong in Microsoft word and excel application.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
