Purchasing cum production administrator

-Negotiates and coordinates with suppliers. Responsible for purchase administration, order processing and delivery follow up.

- Sourcing of hardware, accessories or any other products and ensure compliance to the specifications as required, competitive price, quality products and timely delivery

- Ensure on time delivery of goods from vendor and to coordinate with production for any possible extrusion, hardware shortage for coming production.

- Work closely with internal departments, including overseas vendors. Shipment arrangement and liaise with forwarders.

- Resolve suppliers invoices issues and follow up on credit notes.

- Perform general works , data entry and office duties

- issue Do , update stock in and out to the accpac system.
