Purchasing Cum Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Source, compare, and purchase required materials, tools, and supplies according to company requirements.

Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper records.

Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the company or project sites.

Drive company vehicle to transport goods, materials, and staff when required.

Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

Assist in loading and unloading goods.

Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (Class 4 will be an advantage).

At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or driving duties.

Good knowledge of roads in Singapore.

Able to communicate in English (and other languages will be a plus).

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Physically fit to handle goods loading/unloading.
