. A UK Group Holdings Company, Regional Sales & Services centre, distributor of electrical & electronics components for SEA Region.

Experience

. Procurement& Inventory/Order Facilitation in Electrical & Electronics Industry: ≤ 2 years

Qualifications

. GCE N/O/A Level, SPM, NiTEC and/or Diploma Electronics Engineering

Responsibilities

• Raise PO, monitor and manage orders from placement till goods receiving, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply, competitive pricing, and quality standards
• Perform sourcing and procuring goods locally & overseas, monitoring costs, price negotiation and lead times
• Facilitate communication across teams to improve order visibility, accuracy, and accountability
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, and supply chain KPIs
• Conduct annual appraisal of supplier's performance

Requirements

. Proficient with Office 365 application

. Good Organization Skill, Independently & Meticulous

. Good Communication Skills in English & Mandarin as need to liaise with China Chinese Factory associates

. Singaporean/PR are welcomed
