About our client: Our client operates in the Construction & Electrical Engineering industry in Singapore.
About the role:
- Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, tools, and equipment required for project and site operations
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order status
- Maintain proper procurement records, including invoices, delivery orders, and supplier documents
- Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Attend to visitors and handle incoming phone calls
- Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery arrangements when required
- Support basic accounting-related documentation such as invoice verification
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (preferably in the construction or engineering industry)
- Able to communicate and liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive working attitude

- Work location: Tampines
- Working days: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
