Roles & Responsibilities
Manage reception and incoming & outgoing mails & courier services.
Provide general clerical support - Keep up to date the office general filling system.
Identify and engage with potential suppliers for raw materials and products.
Process and Issue P.O. for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials for sites
Price negotiation and manage contractual terms to secure favourable agreements.
Support the control and monitoring of orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
Equipment maintenance.
Doing price comparison of material and office supplies.
Sourcing and purchasing of office supplies.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
