About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination of orders and deliveries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily office administrative and purchasing activities
Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on order status and updates
Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are up to date
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and coordination skills
Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in purchasing/admin roles is an advantage, but not required
