JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue invoices and update the receivables list accurately.
- Prepare purchase orders and requisitions using software.
- Obtain business profiles and financial information from BizFile.
- Verify and process monthly staff claims.
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and pantry stock.
- Answer phone calls and attend to visitors professionally.
- Handle filing, scanning, and other administrative documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Workbench software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
