Responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing and logistics operations to ensure timely supply and delivery of FMCG products.
- Source and procure products based on demand and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery
- Arrange import/export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, customs)
- Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment planning
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution
