Job Title: Purchasing & Admin Executive

Our Client: A leading local recycling & trading SMEs company in Asia market and has been established for more than 50 years in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

. Collaborate with engineers and managers to determine purchasing needs
. Find, negotiate, and secure equipment and supplies from vendors
. Assess suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and other criteria
. Manage procurement processes, including handling purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders in SAP
. Oversee tender bids, documentation, and provide necessary administrative support

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, with 2 years of relevant experience
. Proactive, responsible, and have a positive attitude
. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
. Good communication and negotiation skills
