Job Description

Location - Chai Chee

Working Hr - 9.00am to 6pm/5days

Salary: $2,200 - $2,800

Job Responsibilities:

. Coordinate customer requests for training and purchases

. Prepare invoices using SAP system

. Help to prepare manuals and other related documentation

. Maintain customer's database

. Provide admin support to the department

. Issue software licenses to customers

. Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

. Generate monthly reports and weekly updates.


. GCE N/O levels and above

. Proficient in MS Office

. At least 1-2 years of working experience

. Good customer services and communication skills

. Courteous & polite
