Job Responsibilities:

• Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective materials for construction projects
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms
• Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Verify documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and other related paperwork
• Involve in daily operations of procurement department
• Liaise and coordinate with project team on materials requirement and planning
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
• 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday) and willing to work at project site
• Familiar with Construction and Building industry
• Possess good attitude with good sense of responsibility and team player
