Job Description:-

• Sourcing - Source and select suppliers for the required products/services
• Negotiation - Negotiate for best prices, payment terms, lead-time
• Order Management - Generate & issue PO, tracking &monitoring OOR (Open Order Report), ensure on time delivery
• Evaluation -Monitor and evaluate supplier's performance
• Inventory Control - Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, analysed usage to minimize excess inventory.
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.

Job Requirement:-

• At least ITE/Diploma.
• At least 2 years of purchasing and warehouse working experience.
• Basic technical acknowledge.
• Able be work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well versed in MS office.
