Job Description

Job Description:-

  • Sourcing of parts as per customer's requirement.
  • Compare, evaluate and negotiate on product's pricing, lead-time and services.
  • Manage suppliers, generate purchase orders, monitor, ensure on time delivery, good response and expedite when necessary.
  • Ensure purchased products meet quality standards.
  • Monitor expenses and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
  • Review forecasts and inventories on hand purchased when required.
  • Interact with suppliers, understand their needs and concerns build strong relationships.
  • Generate the necessary order monitoring reports.
  • Support related administrative duties when necessary.

Job Requirement:-

  • At least ITE/Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of purchsing working experience.
  • Basic technical aknowledge.
  • Able be work independently and in a fast-paced enviroment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well versed in MS office.
