Purchaser/Purchasing Assistant

JOB RESPONSILIBITY:

. Responsible for purchase function.

. Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.

. Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions & purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.

. Follow up purchase to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.

. Maintain and update approved vendor list

. Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.

. Prepare material plan.

. Worl closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.

. Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem/issues encountered related to delivery.

. Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quality and schedule.

. Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

. With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.

. Diploma / ITC level.

. Reporting to the Operation Manager
