Air-conditioning & mechanical Ventilation Contractor Company in the construction industry is looking for candidates for the positions of Purchaser.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Request and analyse quotations from multiple vendors.
- Manage and process all Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and supplier Invoices in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, and pricing before confirming orders.
- Maintain complete records of procurement transactions.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to construction sites.
- Coordinate with site engineer and supervisors.
- Communicate with the management, all contractors on the costing estimation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level with at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, and project procurement requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
