Job Description

Overall management of the day-to-day purchasing activities

Prepare to issue purchase order

Checking of invoices, delivery order and purchase order

Source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors/suppliers

Maintain proper filing and data entry

Adhoc admin duties

Computer literate (MS Office)

Good negotiation skill

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Work location : West side
