PURCHASE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR

• Location: Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland
• Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours when required

Job Responsibility:

• Source, compare, procure & negotiate with subcontractors, manufacturer and material suppliers (preferable M&E related experience)
• Support engineers by anticipating requirements and reacting quickly to changes in demand
• Key liaison for international and domestics vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for effective order fulfillment
• Manage logistics with third-party providers for shipments.
• Business knowledge on Import and Export business and international trade business
• Maintain control list or able to develop the format by different demand

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction or related industry
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates
• Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
• Willingness to learn
• Candidates with good experience will be considered for senior role. Compensation will be commensurate accordingly.
