Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders for both internal andexternal customers
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quotations,and delivery timelines
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with supplierswhere required
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timelystock replenishment
  • Conduct monthly stock take and maintainaccurate inventory records
  • Handle outlet stock replenishment andcoordination
  • Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS),PSB certificates, and test reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing ofprocurement records

Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experiencepreferred
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and inventoryprocesses
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able tomultitask
