Job Summary
To support the department with the marketing of Pumps & Systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries and provide effective sales support to facilitate customer decision-making
- Conduct site visits to customers workplaces or offices to assess needs and promote relevant products
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections and maintain cash flow
- Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support departmental objectives and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Professional Certificate, NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with pumps and systems
- Experience in HVAC project engineering can also be considered
