Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders in the form of emails, letters and face to face meet up.
Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Design and prepare monthly newsletter (if required) to update residents and public on the work progress.
Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders.
Organize and co-ordinate both certification works in the upgrading precinct.
Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company.
Planned and ad-hoc public relation monthly report and weekly management meeting updates.
Responsible of Site Office Administration work.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in HDB projects in Singapore.
Creative and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive records and documentation.
