You will manage communications and relationships with residents during construction projects, handle feedback and complaints, conduct condition surveys, and maintain accurate records to support project success.
Responsibilities
- Resolve public relations issues and respond to general project inquiries from residents to maintain smooth project progress
- Address resident feedback and complaints by coordinating necessary repair or maintenance works promptly
- Build and sustain positive relationships with all residents to support community satisfaction
- Perform condition surveys before and after work completion inside flats to document property status
- Maintain accurate and organized document records related to projects and resident interactions
- Manage email correspondence efficiently to ensure timely communication with residents and project teams
