Responsibilities
- Manage verbal and written feedback from stakeholders, public, and authorities through emails, letters, and face-to-face meetings to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records and track progress of feedback cases until closure to uphold accountability
- Liaise proactively with Statutory Boards, Government Departments (e.g., HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM), and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
- Organize and coordinate planned and ad-hoc rectification works to address project issues efficiently
- Uphold and enhance the company's reputation and goodwill through effective stakeholder engagement
- Prepare and deliver public relations monthly reports and weekly updates for management meetings to inform strategic decisions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office and project operations
- Execute administrative duties with accuracy and timeliness to support project workflows
- Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations for Management and Client meetings to communicate project status and updates clearly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Communication, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Public Relations Officer (PRO) roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce professional documents and presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects preferred
