Manage verbal and written feedback from stakeholders, public, and authorities through emails, letters, and face-to-face meetings to ensure timely resolution
Maintain detailed records and track progress of feedback cases until closure to uphold accountability
Liaise proactively with Statutory Boards, Government Departments (e.g., HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM), and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
Organize and coordinate planned and ad-hoc rectification works to address project issues efficiently
Uphold and enhance the company's reputation and goodwill through effective stakeholder engagement
Prepare and deliver public relations monthly reports and weekly updates for management meetings to inform strategic decisions
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office and project operations
Execute administrative duties with accuracy and timeliness to support project workflows
Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations for Management and Client meetings to communicate project status and updates clearly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Communication, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Public Relations Officer (PRO) roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce professional documents and presentations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects preferred
