Responsibilities
Handle general administrative works and ad hoc duties
Data entry, invoicing and filing records- Monday to Saturday - 5.5 days
- Monthly Salary: Based on experience. SGD2500 and above
- Term: Full-time
Job Description
- Handle public relations duties
- Handle feedbacks, suggestions and complaints from clients
- Executing necessary remedial actions
- Conduct site inspections with supervisor to verily problem and ensure rectification
- Set up of site office, liaise with government authorities, public and lessee of the property in relation to project work in progress
- Perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondences, write meeting minutes, filing and data entry
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Communication/ Commerce with at least 2 Year(s) of working experience (Public Relation) in construction industry to manage public relations matters will be highly advantageous
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with good customer service attitude
- Experience in public relation works would be an advantage
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
