Public Relations Manager - IT Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Public Relations Strategy: Design and lead media relations, thought leadership, and brand communications to elevate our market presence globally.

• Media Spokesperson: Act as a key point of contact for international media, managing everything from press releases and interviews to large-scale media events.

• Social Media Leadership: Oversee official global channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), ensuring content quality, consistent messaging, and high audience engagement.

• Crisis & Sentiment Management: Proactively monitor global media sentiment and lead crisis communication strategies to protect the company's reputation.

• B2B Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate collaborations with technology platforms and ecosystem partners to drive long-term business growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Legal teams to ensure global initiatives are executed seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for business negotiations, high-level document drafting, and public speaking.

• Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within the Technology or B2B sectors.

• Global Mindset: A strong understanding of cross-cultural work environments candidates with overseas study or work experience are highly preferred.

• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.

• Strategic Thinker: Someone who doesn't just do Public Relations but understands how partnerships and communications drive tangible business outcomes.
