Job Description

MSC Asia Regional Office – Singapore

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is one of the world's leading global shipping and logistics companies, operating in more than 150 countries with a strong commitment to service excellence, sustainability, innovation, and people development. MSC Asia Regional Office is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly professional PR & Communications Manager to lead corporate communications, media relations, internal engagement, executive messaging and brand positioning initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans aligned with MSC's regional and global business objectives.
  • Manage MSC ARO's corporate image, brand positioning, and reputation across internal and external channels.
  • Draft press releases, media statements, executive speeches, briefing notes, newsletters, talking points and corporate announcements.
  • Coordinate media engagements, interviews and public relations activities with regional and international stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide communication advisories to management on reputational matters.
  • Support senior management in preparing communication materials for meetings, conferences, industry events and government engagements.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Oversee content creation for intranet, website and collaborate closely with Digital Marketing team to support content creation on LinkedIn and digital communication platforms.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, leadership visits, networking sessions, conferences and regional functions.
  • Assist management in handling sensitive communication matters and crisis response strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media relations, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, shipping, logistics, maritime, or relevant industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong writing, editing and presentation skills with the ability to craft professional communications for senior executives.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms.
