Job Description:
- Create and implement integrated Public Relations strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Manage media engagement, relationships, and outreach activities in Singapore.
- Lead the preparation of press releases, media content, and executive communications.
- Provide Public Relations support for product launches, marketing campaigns, and key Public Relations initiatives.
- Collaborate with country teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution across markets.
- Manage regional Public Relations agencies and assess their performance against agreed KPIs, including media coverage and campaign results.
- Coordinate the regional sustainability reporting process with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify data from different markets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, including reviewing and validating content.
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure sustainability initiatives are completed efficiently and on time.
- Manage internal communication initiatives, including monthly newsletters and employee communications.
- Assist in developing corporate messaging and communications for senior executives.
- Prepare and manage communication materials for key company spokespersons, including briefing documents, interview guidelines, talking points, and Q&A materials.
- Maintain consistent messaging and communication standards across both internal and external channels.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Public Relations/ Marketing Communications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
