- Salary: up to $5800 (subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications or related field.
- 3-4 years experience in medical affairs, scientific/B2B communications, marketing, business or professional education, preferably within eye care, pharma, health care or med-tech.
- Experience working in global teams or in an international environment is a plus.
- Previous work with professional associations, experts, professional conferences or medical/B2B content creation is a plus.
Job Description
- Support coordination and logistics for activities with partner organizations and professional associations
- Assist in executing medical communications plans, including global conferences and scientific outreach
- Contribute to drafting and reviewing scientific content such as press releases, social media, and training materials
- Manage expert content delivery for a global learning platform
- Track deliverables and support reporting for medical and professional affairs initiatives
- Collaborate with global medical advisors and external agencies to develop and review digital assets
- Support presence at key professional events to strengthen strategic categories
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and timelines for professional relations projects
- Perform other duties aligned with evolving global priorities
