JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned public areas (e.g., lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, banquet areas, and back-of-house spaces).
- Ensure that restrooms are replenished with necessary supplies and kept to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of glass, mirrors, windows, furniture, carpets, and floors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables according to hotel procedures.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly, following hotel safety guidelines.
- Support special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Respond to guest inquiries politely and assist in providing directions or information.
- Uphold hotel grooming standards, courtesy, and professionalism while on duty.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Able and willing to operate a buggy when required (training will be provided).
JOB REQUIREMENT
- No experienced is welcome
- Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods will be an asset
- Ability to communicate basic English
