PSRO Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction of the Pet Specialty Retail Omnichannel business in Singapore.
This role requires a dynamic leader with deep understanding of pet food market, strong business acumen and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders in pet specialty retail channel. The PSRO Sales & Marketing Manager will be leading, overseeing and directing the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved through motivating, training, coaching and building an effective sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Develop and execute PSRO sales and marketing strategies that align with business goals to drive sales, enhance customer experience across retail physical & online stores
- .Work closely with Brand Strategy and Activation Manager, Omnichannel Manager and related key stakeholders to develop PSRO business strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Lead marketing campaigns tailored to the Singapore pet retail market, including pricing, promotions, product launches, portfolio management, loyalty programs, and events
- .Increase brand visibility and distribution in Pet Specialty Retail Omnichannel, drive high standard category solutions development and deployment through Perfect Store & Perfect Digital Store
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep the company ahead in the market
