Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are:
- Review project specifications, drawing and requirement for preparation of costing.
- Liaise with various operation and technical teams to study the feasibility enquiry.
- Perform material take-off, sourcing and mechanical calculations.
- Attend technical and commercial clarification meeting with customer/vendors., and submit client's questionnaires.
- Follow-up quotes with clients and making sales call/visit.
- Review contract, prepare project card and organize/conduct internal kick-off meeting upon receipt of order.
- Prepare project budget for awarded job after the kick off meeting
- Any adhoc project assigned by Marketing Manager.
