Job Description:
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to manage end-to-end tender and bidding activities for engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender enquiries and technical specifications
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation
- Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and submissions
- Support bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing analysis
- Coordinate internally with engineering and operations teams
- Compile and submit tender documents within deadlines
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering
- Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills
- Familiar with construction methods and project costing
