Property Valuer

We are looking for a Property Valuer (all levels)

The Property Valuer will be responsible to :

• Carry out valuation of all types of properties and for all purposes of valuation.
• Work closely with the other members of the valuation team to service clients at the highest standard of professionalism and service.
• Identifying opportunities and contributing to the Company's growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance valuation services
• Any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills preferred
• At least a Diploma in Real Estate
• Estate Agents with Real Estate qualification attained are welcome to apply
• A strong attention to detail
• Communication and Customer Service skills
