Century 99 Pte Ltd is hiring a disciplined and detail-driven individual to support our valuation operations. This role is not administrative in nature - it requires ownership of cases, fieldwork, and strict adherence to reporting timelines.
We are selective in our hiring and are looking for candidates who can operate with urgency, precision, and accountability.
Conduct onsite property inspections (residential / commercial as assigned)
Support preparation and completion of valuation reports within strict deadlines
Take full ownership of assigned cases from inspection to report completion
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Diploma or Degree in Building & Estate Management only
Willing and able to perform onsite inspections across Singapore
Able to commit to time-sensitive deliverables with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail - zero tolerance for careless errors
Fresh graduates from National University of Singapore (eligible pathway towards SISV licence)
Diploma holders from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (trained for inspection and indication support)
Interest in progressing into an Indicator / Valuer track
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment
Structured exposure to valuation workflow and case management
Development into Indicator role based on performance
Potential pathway to SISV licence (subject to eligibility and performance)
Century 99 Pte Ltd is committed to developing competent and professional valuers through a structured in-house training framework:
In-house training programme covering inspection standards, valuation methodology, and report accuracy
Weekly consult sessions with Senior Valuers and the Head of Professional Practice to review cases and refine judgement
Each Valuer is assigned a dedicated Senior Valuer mentor for ongoing guidance and accountability
Continuous learning through real case exposure and feedback-driven improvement
