Job Description

Compile all data on technic installations and operations
Updating term contractors listing and contact numbers
Monitor and update cleaning duties and rosters for cleaners.
Ensure all contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, mechanical services are compiled with and supervised where necessary.
Supervise all building maintenance and recommend repairs where needed
Meet and deal with occupant's queries and problems as required
Submit period accounting of all pertinent data in relation to the property events, and actions that have taken place
make reports that include the forecast of future repairs and maintenance
