Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities for building and condominium management, ensuring compliance with legal and service standards while driving efficient maintenance and contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute daily operational management of building and condominium facilities to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction
- Supervise, deploy, and coordinate maintenance teams to deliver services that comply with legal regulations and safety standards
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to required service quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with appointed service providers across maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management to align operations with contractual obligations
- Evaluate contract performance regularly to ensure all routine servicing and contractual works meet agreed specifications and quality standards
- Support the strategic planning and logistical coordination of council meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to facilitate effective governance
- Execute operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management to support overall facility management objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or Certificate in Property or Facilities Management, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum of two years relevant working experience in commercial or residential property management
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven multitasking capability and effectiveness under pressure to meet operational deadlines
- Proficient in administrative skills with a strong level of computer literacy
