A well-established public sector organization is currently hiring Property Managers / Assistant Property Managers to support its growing operations.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the management and upkeep of residential estates across Singapore.
What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of common property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes for building services and estate facilities
- Manage and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, A&A, and R&R works across the estates
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance for upgrading and improvement projects
- Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth estate operations
- Attend to residents feedback, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in emergency response activities when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
What you will need
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
- Min 2 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications would be advantageous
- Preferably possess experience in managing residential estates
